• Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.

• Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 3 business days and issued to the original payment method.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, email us at contact@illyrianrevival.org with details of the issue and a photo if applicable.
